Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2010

Appearance
A brilliant shade of light straw in colour.

Aroma
Fresh cut grass lifts from the glass with a back wash of passionfruit and melons, the fruit is fresh and vibrant on the nose. The Semillon adds a light citrus note to the other flavours coming from the glass.

Palate
The pallet shows the great marriage of these two grapes, the Sauvignon Blanc releases an instance burst of fruit on the tongue. The Semillon comes into play holding the wine tight and helping to focus the bright Sauvignon Blanc flavours all the way through the pallet, while adding a zippy lemon sherbet finish to the wine.

Cellaring
It all makes for a wonderful drinking wine that should be consumed over the next 2 to 3 years.
